Orchestrated the story and strategy behind the $1 million donation to AbleGamers for GlitchCon 2020.
Established the strategy and led execution for the Q4 2021 program to put $500,000 into the hands of 1,000 creators globally through the FairyModMother program.
Shaped and delivered Twitch’s first diversity and equity goal-setting framework creating accountability and intention with external DEI efforts.

Increased LGBTQIA visibility on Twitch through the acquisition of international drag queen star and the first ever Digital Drag Show which created positive press for Twitch as the place to be for live performers to pivot during quarantine. This included advocating for discovery tools for the drag community.
