From her earliest memories of building desktop towers and immersing herself in titles like Diablo I & II, Crash Bandicoot, and The Sims 2, Alyssa's affinity for gaming has been ingrained in her DNA. This early exposure laid the foundation for her future endeavors, shaping her path as a strategic thinker and visionary leader.

During her college years, Alyssa's fascination with gaming led her to the world of content creation on platforms like Twitch, where she discovered the transformative power of storytelling and community engagement. Streaming Super Mario World and joining a gaming team dedicated to supporting veterans through charity fundraising marked the beginning of her remarkable journey in brand campaign management and social impact.

Driven by her desire to make a difference, Alyssa founded Gallant Gamers, a gaming content creation team focused on grassroots fundraising and fostering positive relationships within the gaming community. Armed with a Bachelor's degree in Economics, she embarked on a new chapter as a second-grade teacher, channeling her passion for education and social impact into her work.

In 2017, Alyssa's exceptional talent caught the attention of Twitch, where she assumed the role of Global Program Director for Social Impact. Her tenure at Twitch was marked by groundbreaking initiatives that not only elevated brand visibility but also drove meaningful social change. From launching impactful brand campaigns to managing multi-million-dollar charity events, Alyssa's strategic acumen and dedication to inclusivity set new standards for the industry.

One of Alyssa's most notable achievements during her time at Twitch was the establishment of the BroadcastHER grant in collaboration with the 1000 Dreams Fund. This innovative campaign raised over $400,000 and supported more than 300 femme content creators, showcasing Alyssa's expertise in leveraging influencer marketing and community engagement to achieve significant social impact.

Amidst the challenges posed by the Covid-19 pandemic in 2020, Alyssa proactively compiled public resources to assist nonprofits in swiftly adapting to influencer marketing and digital fundraising strategies. Her proactive approach highlighted her ability to anticipate and address emerging needs within the social impact landscape.

Today, Alyssa serves as Director of Strategy at Player 2, where she leads a team responsible for managing client accounts, developing strategies, and executing plans to meet multiple client deadlines. Her passion for problem-solving and storytelling continues to drive her forward as she seeks new opportunities to make a lasting impact in the world of brand, marketing, and strategy.
